Please review these terms of sale (“Terms”) carefully, as this document governs your purchase of products from Chiefdip and contains important information about limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

Chiefdip reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Every change will be published on the Website and apply to you upon your placement of a new order.

ORDERING PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE

By placing an order with Chiefdip, you represent and warrant that you are a consumer and at least 21 years old with a delivery address in the CANADA.

Please note that Chiefdip may apply a maximum limit of cans per customer per a certain time frame as set out on the Website, and we reserve the right to refuse and/or revoke an order due to such limitations. At Chiefdip, we apply a strict age limit of 21 years, although state laws may have different requirements. To place an order, you must verify your age through our third-party vendor for on-site age verification (Agechecker). If the verification fails and/or public records don’t align, you must upload a valid, unexpired government-issued ID for extended age verification. Chiefdip may deny and/or cancel the order if proper identification cannot be provided and/or age verification cannot be completed.

Additionally, as a cardholder, you must be 21 years or older to complete the transaction. An order placed under another person’s name (falsification of a document) or in a way that causes Chiefdip to risk financial damage will be reported to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to refuse orders if irregularities or misuse of our order function are suspected.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Chiefdip strives to ensure that all information provided on the Website is accurate. However, errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices, or erroneous information about stock availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time and update information accordingly. All pictures on the Website are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee exact product appearance.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices listed on the Website before checkout are base prices, to which applicable taxes will be added. You may also be eligible for discounts offered from time to time by Chiefdip. All prices, fees, and charges (e.g., adult signature requirement (ASR) fee, shipping fees, and taxes) are displayed and charged in USD ($).

Before completing your order at checkout, you must choose a delivery method. The total cost, including ASR fees (if applicable), shipping costs, and applicable taxes such as sales tax and State Excise Tax (SET), will be calculated and added.

We accept payment via debit or credit cards through our partners PayPal, Stripe, and Bitcoin. The respective payment service provider’s terms and conditions apply. If your debit or credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically.

SHIPPING

Due to certain state regulations governing the online sale of tobacco and nicotine products, Chiefdip is able to deliver to every state in the USA. The available shipping options and associated costs will be presented during checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. While we strive to ship all orders promptly, it may take a few days before you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Certain states require an adult signature upon delivery in addition to age verification. If such a requirement exists in your state, you acknowledge that Chiefdip’s shipping carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, your package will be returned to Chiefdip at your cost.

A package shipped via any delivery method will either be sent back to Chiefdip or discarded if you have not redeemed it. You agree to pay any costs associated with an unredeemed package.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns, as our products are fresh with a limited shelf life. However, if there was an issue with your order or if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may contact our customer service team for a refund request. The right to file a complaint applies only to defects at delivery (not those caused by expired shelf life or normal wear and tear). You must notify Chiefdip of any defect within ten days of receiving the product.

Depending on the defect, we may require photographic proof and request that you retain the original packaging and packing slip. We may offer a replacement product, remediation, or a price reduction. For further claims beyond the cost of the product, Chiefdip will comply with mandatory applicable consumer laws. Any other liability is expressly excluded.

Title to the product passes to you upon shipment. We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues after dispatch. However, in the event of damage during shipment, you may contact our customer service team, and we will try to assist. Please retain the product packaging for inspection. To make a claim, you must prove your purchase from the Website, such as through an order confirmation or receipt.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

Chiefdip is not required to comply with these Terms in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to changes in legislation, government actions, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, floods, natural disasters, epidemics, or other extraordinary events. Such an event relieves Chiefdip from the obligation to pay any compensation. If a force majeure event lasts longer than two (2) months, either you or Chiefdip may cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

By submitting a product review on the Website, you grant Chiefdip the right to publish it on the Website and other channels and media. Chiefdip reserves the right to decline or remove any submitted review.
